Well Hey.
Where do I start?
I have since got a new job at a local Tesco Express (woop!) meaning I should be having money soon to buy better materials.
For a while I only really posted writing up on here, but as of February 2013 that has changed. My new project is to create as many pokemon in embroidered form in order to create a blanket or something.
At the moment, my key focus is the work I need to do for College (aha). Just kidding, I do the work as and when it is due and currently work on what needs doing towards the project.
If I get enough up on here maybe I'll open up for commissions for people who want them.
So yeah, share and comment, the feedback is always welcome. Though most my problems lie in my ability.

Well, the stuff I hope to do in my future doesn't really allow for much creativity. So when my mother approached me tonight asking if I would make 60 invitations with her for an upcoming event I was more than happy to help. It has been great fun to work on them with her, and I would gladly do so again. Though it took us about 4 hours maybe 5 to work through the whole lot including cutting and sticking, I would personally consider this as an investment if I wanted something to do in free time and to make a little extra money.

Out of the Mess

Well, a while back I posted up a journal entry explaining how my dad had been diagnosed with an advanced cancer of the stomach/oesophagus. I post now to tell any of you following me that he has in the last 3 weeks been given the all clear following his surgery a few months ago. I am proud to tell you all that my father is now cancer free (Yay!).
At the same time however, I am taking part in a bike ride this September for which I am training most days of a week either at the gym or getting out on my bike. As of yet it is undecided which ride we'll be doing out of the 100 mile or the 60 mile, but I might set up a just giving site with the hope

Some not great stuff.

I don't know if many people follow me on here, but I post up as a way of telling my life to total strangers.
I figured you all who see my stuff should know that I'm going through somewhat of a rough patch right now. You see, in November last year I found out that my dad had stomach cancer. Which on its own would not have been much of a problem, what made it complicated was that it had spread to his lymph nodes around the area, and the tumour itself was large enough that he was immediately classed in the T4-T5 stages. The chances of response to chemo were explained as slim and survival and full recovery was never going to be an option.
